PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect your email address, name, and payment information (processed securely by Paystack — we never store card or mobile money details). We also collect download and app-open activity logs (time and IP address) for security purposes.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is used to process payments, deliver purchased products, send order confirmations, provide customer support, and improve our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. DATA STORAGE

Your account data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Only you can access your account data. Admin access is strictly limited.

4. COOKIES

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use Paystack for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, NOWPayments for crypto processing, and Resend for transactional emails. Each has their own privacy policy.

6. BIGBOSS TRADER OS: PRIVATE MODE VS CLOUD SYNC

When you first open Trader OS you choose where your journal entries, session and execution plans, checklists and weekly tracker are saved. PRIVATE MODE (the default): everything stays in your phone’s browser storage and is never sent to us. If you clear your browser or lose your phone, that data is gone unless you exported a backup. CLOUD SYNC (optional, only after you accept this policy): your entries are stored in our database, linked to your account, protected by row-level security so only your account can read them, and restored on any device you log in on. We do not read, analyse, share or sell your Trader OS entries. We record which option you chose, when, the policy version and your IP address, as proof of your consent. You can switch back to Private at any time and delete your entire cloud copy from inside the app. Deleted entries are removed permanently; only the fact that you requested the deletion is kept. Every copy of the app shows the buyer’s email and licence number, which helps protect your purchase from unauthorised sharing.
