1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Big Boss Trading System ("BBTS"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold on BBTS are digital goods including Expert Advisors (EAs), eBooks, and TradingView indicators. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased product. Downloads are secured via time-limited links that expire after 60 seconds.

3. TRADING RISK DISCLAIMER

Trading financial instruments including forex, cryptocurrencies, and indices involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of any trading system or EA does not guarantee future results. BBTS does not provide financial advice. All tools are for educational and informational purposes only. Trade at your own risk.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, EAs, indicators, and eBooks on this platform are the intellectual property of BBTS. Redistribution, reselling, sharing, or reverse-engineering of any purchased product is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. Each purchase is licensed to one user only. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found sharing purchases.

6. PAYMENT & PRICING

All prices are displayed in USD. We accept card payments via Stripe, and cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments (including USDT TRC-20, Bitcoin, BNB, and ETH). Prices may change at any time. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BBTS shall not be liable for any trading losses, direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
